The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, or MBTI, was invented by mother-daughter duo Katherine Cook Briggs & Isabel Briggs Myers. Their research on personalities was used to help women find jobs during World War II and became widely accepted in psychology studies afterward. Today, the MBTI system helps us celebrate our differences.
Each of the 16 MBTI combinations have been uniquely lettered by Elza Kinde.
